Princess Ai -vector

ok so i got board lol so i tried ( key word is tried) to do a vector of princess ai using the sketch ive done of her as my bace. lol haha and its a little crap because i cant use the tool you make vectors with in elements 7.0 so i had to do it one my one lol, had to strip it down to just the lines, re do the lines then colour it in section by section and i don’t dare put any shaded parts on because it took to long anyways and to be frank im no good at shading haha. so here it is my excuse for a vector. its the first time ive done a full vector this size.

if anyone knows who to find the vector tool in Photoshop elements 7.0 please let me know? haha
